Estimate request privacy

When you request an estimate from Lunna Designs, we collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, tread selections, and preferred contact method. We use this information to prepare and discuss your project, follow up on your request, and maintain a record of your estimate.

We also record the landing page and advertising referral information supplied in its URL, such as the campaign name or Facebook click identifier, to understand which campaigns bring estimate requests. This calculator does not require you to agree to promotional text messages.

Your request is stored in our customer management provider, HighLevel, and is available to the people handling your project. Our hosting and customer management providers process this information to operate the estimate service. We retain request information as needed for project follow-up and our business records.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop follow-up, email info@lunnadesigns.com or call (347) 438-1437.
